Since 1998 Synexus has successfully completed recruitment for 160 Phase II-IV clinical trials, during which over 18,000 patients, across a wide range of therapeutic areas, were randomised.

This considerable experience has enabled Synexus to develop a wealth of experience which can be invaluable to a project.

This wealth of knowledge is put to good use and benefits clients via a feasibility assessment. Synexus believes that this accurate and realistic assessment can be vital to the success of a project. In testament to this Synexus does not make any charge for this element of the process.

Synexus believes that not only is the feasibility assessment vital to success, but it is also the first step on the path to a positive and trusting relationship.

The feasibility assessment includes: 

  • Review of Synexus’ experience and metrics;
  • Background information / opinion / numbers from advisors;
  • GP opinion / numbers from centres;
  • Epidemiology / prevalence data;
  • Medline search;
  • Full internal medical / ethical review;
  • Assessment of need for subcontractors;
  • Assessment of costs and timelines;
  • Summary of procedures;
  • Details of Synexus staff availability;
  • Board-level approval to conduct the study if the bid is successful.
