Partnering Synexus means your patients and your practice benefit in many ways. After all, that's exactly what a partnership is all about, and at Synexus we take that relationship very seriously.
Free medical screening
As part of a patient's initial visit to Synexus we do a rigorous healthcare check which could, depending on the study, include:
- physical examination
- blood/urine tests
- ECG
- ultrasound scans
- X-Rays
- DXA scans
- mammography etc.
Clinical information
The results of the above examinations are fed back to your practice. These results can identify patients for QOF indicators to be followed up by you and your colleagues.
DXA scanning service
This is a service we offer free to participating surgeries, saving you £100 per scan. Turnaround time is 7-10 days, but can be faster if the patients are available at short notice.
Extra practice income
Completing the brief medical history questionnaire (SDV) includes a payment of £66 and takes only 15 minutes. Often surgeries we work with receive payments in the order of £1500 per annum.
Surgery participation
Searching your database and packing envelopes is quick, easy and fully reimbursed. Synexus supply all stationery and stamps and pay £7 an hour for administration time. Training on Mailmerge is available. We can pay your staff direct or provide staff to pack on your behalf. Naturally, patient confidentiality is maintained at all times and we work on an honorary NHS contract basis.
