Dedicated Research Centres were developed by Synexus to recruit and run trials involving small or large numbers of patients in the most cost and time efficient way. The centres are designed to offer excellent facilities to:

- Full-time Synexus GCP trained medical staff who run the trials
- Sponsors and CRO monitors
Spacious waiting facilities
Each Dedicated Research Centre has been designed to offer the same high standards of clinical trial management across the world.
This includes:
- Full-time GCP trained medical investigators and nurses who solely carry out clinical trials
- Modern, fully equipped investigator consulting rooms - up to 14 in some centres
- DXAs and other state of the art medical equipment
- Data entry specialists who double check every input by a Synexus investigator ensuring there are fewer data queries
- Excellent patient facilities including a waiting room equipped with comfortable chairs, drinks, snacks and a television
- Specially fitted-out medicine storage facilities
- Offices for visiting monitoring staff
