Phase II Trials
Synexus can dramatically reduce the time and the costs for running Phase II studies.
The number of patients needed for Phase II trials is relatively small - typically less than 500 - Synexus is easily able to recruit such numbers at one or two of its Dedicated Research Centres, eliminating the need for the sponsor/CRO having to find, recruit and sign up hundreds of investigators. Monitoring costs for one or two centres are also greatly reduced. Sign one contract and Synexus is up and running.
Synexus recently completed two Phase II studies and was able to reduce the projected time by six months in one case and four months in the other.
Phase II outcomes are particularly crucial in the go, no-go decision as the huge resources for the next step can then be allocated accordingly. Synexus with its own Dedicated Research Centres across the world is able to cover a wide range of therapy areas including studies demanding treatment naïve patients.
