Synexus Vice President, Chris Hannigan gives key presentation at London's 3rd Annual Clinical Trials Conference, 30th June

Synexus' Chris Hannigan will present his vision for how the clinical trials industry needs to respond to the changing landscape faced by the pharmaceutical sector and embrace innovative practices to improve the speed of clinical trials, rein in costs and increase the statistical power of the results particularly in Phase II.

Commenting on the importance of innovation and the ability to react quickly and positively to changes in the industry, Chris said: "Whether we at Synexus are looking at ways to recruit patients more quickly at Phase II, using better patient pre-qualification techniques for example, or whether we are considering ways to minimise data queries at the end of a study, we must ensure that cutting total delivered cost whilst improving the quality of the final outcome are paramount so that the client can reach the most reliable go/no go decision in as short a time as possible. My presentation for this conference, focuses on the ways Synexus is helping our pharma clients work smarter and faster."

Hannigan continues: "This conference is the ideal forum to share our ideas with some of the leading industry figures and to look for ways to work together to ensure innovation remains at the heart of what the clinical trials
