Everyone at Synexus, regardless of their position, is empowered to excel in their field and motivated to recognise the important role they play in delivery quality to our clients. All new staff undertake an induction programme which imparts such information.
Synexus also has a comprehensive staff training programme which ensures knowledge and expertise is not only maintained, but continues to improve.
Training courses include:
- Good Clinical Practice
- COP and SOP (Corporate and Standard Operating Procedures) training
- IRMER training – radiation training for DXA scanner use
- Therapeutic areas training relevant to specific studies
- Site initiations – attended by all centre staff
- CPR – resuscitation training
- Management and leadership training
